Ingredients

  • 4 oz. spaghetti
  • 1/3 cup butter, divided
  • 1/2 cup chopped green onions
  • 1/4 cup sliced green bell pepper
  • 1/4 cup sliced red bell peppers
  • 1 (4 oz.) can mushrooms, drained
  • 3/4 cup milk
  • 1 (8 oz.) package cream cheese
  • 2 cups diced cooked ham
  • 1/3 cup grated Parmesan cheese

Direction

  • Bring lightly salted water in a big pot to a boil. Put in pasta and cook until al dente, about 8 to 10 minutes, then drain.
  • Melt 1/4 cup of butter in a skillet. Sauté together mushrooms, red peppers, green peppers and green onions. Put in milk and cream cheese, then stir on low heat until cream cheese is melted. Stir in Parmesan cheese and ham, then mix spaghetti with leftover butter. Mix with cream cheese mixture and toss together gently.
