Ingredients

  • 3 packages (7 oz. each) dried cheese tortellini
  • 1 package (12 oz.) tricolor spiral pasta
  • 1 can (14 oz.) water-packed artichoke hearts, rinsed, drained and quartered
  • 2 jars (3-1/2 oz. each) prepared pesto
  • 1 jar (6 oz.) oil-packed sun-dried tomatoes, drained and chopped
  • 1/2 tsp. salt
  • Grated Parmesan cheese, optional

Direction

  • Follow the package directions to cook the spiral pasta and tortellini, then drain and put into a big serving bowl. Add salt, tomatoes, pesto and artichokes, then sprinkle with Parmesan cheese if wanted. Serve at room temperature or warm. Chill the leftovers.
