These crispy air fryer boneless wings deliver the flavor and texture you crave without the mess of frying. Boneless, skinless chicken breasts are cut into strips, dipped in an egg wash, and coated with a seasoned flour mixture containing spices like cayenne, paprika, and garlic powder. The chicken strips are then air fried until golden brown and crispy on the outside while staying juicy inside. Once cooked, the boneless wings get tossed in a tangy, spicy buffalo sauce for an irresistible flavor blast. Serve these saucy, handheld bites fresh out of the air fryer with cool ranch or blue cheese dressing for dipping. It's an easy way to enjoy crispy boneless wings without the hassle of bones or excess oil.

Working one piece at a time, dredge the chicken in the flour, dip it in the egg, allowing excess to drip off, then coat all sides in the breadcrumb mixture. Place on a plate. Repeat with remaining chicken.
Spray the air fryer basket with cooking spray. Add half of the chicken in a single layer, without overcrowding. Lightly spray chicken with additional cooking spray.
