This recipe shows you how to prepare juicy, tender thin-sliced chicken breasts baked with a sweet and spicy glaze. Chicken breasts are sliced horizontally to create thin fillets, then coated in a flavorful mixture of Heinz 57 sauce, honey, garlic powder, Cajun seasoning, black pepper, red pepper flakes, and paprika. The coated chicken is baked until cooked through, creating a sticky, caramelized glaze on the surface. The thin cut allows the chicken to bake quickly while absorbing all the zesty flavors from the glaze. It's an easy way to add tons of flavor to boneless, skinless chicken breasts for a versatile protein that can top salads, tacos, or be served alongside sides. The combination of sweet honey with savory spices makes this thin-sliced glazed chicken irresistible.

Instructions
Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C). Line a baking sheet with aluminum foil.
Slice the chicken breasts in half lengthwise to make them thinner. Season both sides of the chicken with garlic powder, Cajun seasoning, black pepper, red pepper flakes, and paprika.
In a small bowl, whisk together the 57 sauce and honey.
Arrange the chicken in a single layer on the prepared baking sheet. Brush the chicken pieces on both sides with the honey sauce mixture.
Pop it in the oven for 20 to 25 minutes, removing the chicken once the interior temp hits 165°F (74°C).
Serve with your choice of side dishes.
Notes
Lining the baking sheet with foil makes cleanup easier and helps distribute heat more evenly.
Check the internal temperature of the chicken to ensure it's fully cooked. Once it reaches 165°F, it's perfectly cooked with a tender and juicy interior.
For extra flavor, let the chicken marinate in the sauce mixture for 30 minutes before baking.
Try serving these tasty chicken tenders with roasted potatoes or rice and a fresh salad or veggies.
