  • 2 teaspoon ground cinnamon 4g or 0.14 oz
  • ¼ teaspoon ground nutmeg 0.5g or 0.02 oz
  • 4 tablespoon unsalted butter 60g or 2 oz, plus more as needed

  • Preheat your oven to 200°F (95°C). Place a baking sheet inside to keep the cooked French toast warm.
