Indulge in the simplicity and decadence of this 3-ingredient Oreo Fudge. Creamy white chocolate fudge loaded with Oreo goodness, it's a breeze to whip up and absolutely scrumptious. It's definitely one of my top picks when it comes to fudge flavors!
250g8.8 oz high-quality white chocolate, chopped into pieces
10Oreo cookiesroughly crumbled (100g / 3.5 oz)
Instructions
Prepare an 8x8 inch baking pan by lining it with parchment paper, ensuring the sides are also covered. Set it aside.
In a medium saucepan, combine the sweetened condensed milk and chopped white chocolate over low to medium heat.
Continuously stir the mixture until it becomes thick, and smooth, and begins to pull away from the sides of the pan when tilted. This process may take 5-10 minutes.
Once the desired consistency is achieved, remove the pan from heat and gently fold in the crumbled Oreo pieces until evenly distributed.
Transfer the fudge mixture to the prepared baking pan, spreading it out evenly with a spatula or the back of a spoon.
Refrigerate the fudge for at least 3-4 hours, or until completely set and firm to the touch.
Once chilled, remove the fudge from the pan and cut it into 1-inch squares or desired portions. Serve and enjoy!

Continuous stirring is crucial to prevent scorching or burning the mixture.
Use high-quality white chocolate for optimal melting and setting.
If the mixture appears too runny, continue cooking until it thickens appropriately.
Sweetened condensed milk is essential; evaporated milk will not work.
