Instructions
Preheat your air fryer to 400°F (200°C). If needed, lightly grease the air fryer basket with cooking spray.
Remove the frozen hash brown patties from the packaging. make sure they’re in a single layer in the air fryer basket, making sure they are not overlapping.
Air fry the hash brown patties for 5 minutes. Carefully flip them over and continue cooking for another 4-5 minutes, until golden brown and crispy on both sides.
Remove the hash browns from the air fryer. Season with salt to taste, if desired. Serve hot and enjoy your perfectly crispy breakfast potato patties!
Notes
No need to thaw the frozen hash brown patties before air frying. Cook them straight from frozen for best results.
For extra crispy air fryer hash browns, spray the tops of the patties lightly with cooking spray before air frying.
Cooking times may vary slightly depending on your air fryer model. Check the hash browns a couple of minutes early and adjust the time as needed.
Feel free to season the cooked hash browns with your favorite spices like black pepper, garlic powder, paprika, etc. in addition to salt.
Leftover air-fried hash browns can be stored in an airtight container in the fridge for 3-4 days. Reheat in the air fryer at 350°F for a few minutes until warmed through and crisp again.
